GCA Picnic 2022
Hello Community Members,
A reminder for the upcoming Picnic, It’s time again to get together outdoor and enjoy!
Here is the program outline, let us get ready for the 2022 grand event!
Date: Saturday, June 18th, 2022
Program Summary:
Cricket: Morning 8:00 am – 10:00 am at Janet Metcalfe Public School. 335 Seabrook Drive Kitchener, ON N2R 0G3
PICNIC: 11:00 am thru evening at Waterloo Park- Picnic Servery – PS (Hospitality Area) & Picnic Area #9 – P9
Breakfast: 11:00 am. to 12 noon – Methi Gota and Chai
Outdoor activities: 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm.
Enjoy GCA Organized FUN games/activities for all ages!
Potluck meal: 1:00 pm. – 2:00 pm.
3:00 pm – Icecream, Watermelon to be served before Dinner
Dinner: 5:00 pm – Khichdi, Chaas
Please plan ahead to come out and enjoy a fun-filled picnic! register
Picnic is FREE! pre-registration will help to plan ahead
Keeping Green tradition!
Do not forget to bring your own REUSABLE utensils for breakfast, potluck lunch as well as dinner.
As like every year GCA Executive committee is working hard on planning various activities!
